The conversation, moderated by Ken Pickett, Vice President, NA Distribution, allowed William to take a moment to share his deep appreciation for our colleagues, consumers, and stakeholders, while also providing research-backed insights to support embracing an attitude of gratitude at ELC and beyond. Later that day, as part of his ongoing educational townhall series, “The Art and Science of Gratitude,” William sat down with over 100 employees to discuss the importance of expressing gratitude every day. In honor of National Safety Month in June, and to underscore ELC's longstanding commitment to the health and safety of our employees, William took the opportunity to celebrate and recognize the local team's commitments to work diligently to create safe working environments for their colleagues. The local leadership team had a chance to spend time in conversation with William to discuss numerous technological updates as well as the continued achievements of the larger team. ![]() William's day in Bristol began with the opportunity to tour the facilities and see enhancements happening across Northtec campus firsthand. Lauder Executive Chairman of The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) recently visited the company’s Northtec campus in Bristol, PA, to meet with employees and share his gratitude for their ongoing efforts to power possibilities across our facilities. ![]()
